Setting up your account

Roles

Managry apps allow you to utilize various roles to help you with team leadership.

Administrator

User with administrative rights for your Managry software.

Administrators have the right to choose team leads and change company settings.

Team lead

User who is overseeing several individual contributors.

Team leads may add or remove people from their team, see other people's schedules, supervise time off and expenses, etc.

User

Users who work with the software. These roles are usually filled by individual contributors.

Custom Role

Premier and Enterprise tiers allow you to define your own roles.

First administrative steps

Add users

Create accounts for all employees. The software sends invitations via email.

Add administrators and teams

Create teams according to your company's hierarchy and assign users as team leads and team members. Assign administrator roles, who can perform all tasks in the software.

Adjust settings according to your location

Verify if your settings correspond with your location, especially in regards to your country's regulations, labor law, working hours and holidays.

Set the rules

Set the rules according to your company's policies.
