Our product lifecycle

Managry believes in a healthy and stable life of marketed products. Predetermination of product lifecycle is important to assure reliable performance on customer devices. Managry will let you know a year in advance before the software moves on to the next phase, so the transition is smooth and effortless. This applies to each of Managry products.

Product life cycle is divided into the following sections:

Managry product lifecycle: Beta, Mainstream, Baseline, Limited, Obsolete

Beta - the first phase, also called early access. The software is still in active development at this point, but is almost complete. It's undergoing changes and improvements. If you purchase the software in its beta phase, you have the opportunity to influence the development. You may send Managry suggestions that may affect functionality and appearance of the product. Managry provides full customer support from the very beginning.

Mainstream - the product is officially released and can be fully utilized. During this stage, the software is still improved but is already in use by many people. As new features and updates are released, fixes are made and compatibility improves. Companies can use it actively and with certainty.

Baseline - the product has been finished and is not significantly changing. It undergoes compatibility fixes to run on new platforms and other minor improvements, but it has a stable look and functionality that will not change. Managry may create different products with the same features. At this point, the product reached its prime and is used widely all over the world.

Limited - as the name suggests, the software has only limited support. Managry still provides support service, but the product is in decline. No improvements or fixes are implemented. You may add more users if you are an existing customer, but the software is no longer available for sale. Successive versions of the software are created, and you are provided with migration support.

Obsolete - the software is no longer supported. You can still use it, but it is highly recommended to migrate. You are assisted in moving to a newer product, which is fully supported again. Managry no longer offers the software for sale.
