Dart developer - student job

We are looking for a student to help us with programming tasks in Oslavany.

In this role, you will be responsible for programming the domain model of our client application and its supporting infrastructures, such as local database, REST API, and multimedia processing.

You will develop user applications in the Flutter framework and Dart programming language. Previous experience with Flutter and Dart is not required, but basic programming knowledge is.

What you'll be doing

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Implement domain model based on provided specification - entities, value objects, services, and repositories.
• Implement “tactical” code such as data storage, synchronization, and event handling.
• Improve app connectivity technology (background sync, throttling, debouncing, batching) per provided instructions.
• Improve authentication and authorization logic per provided instructions.
• Write automated tests.
• Improve code based on feedback and insights from other team members.
• Participate in coordination meetings either in person in Oslavany or via video conference.

About you

You should have the following skills and experience:

• Ongoing study of relevant specialization: informatics, natural sciences, or any field in which you learn math and programming.
• Good programming skills. Ability to learn Flutter and Dart quickly from the existing codebase.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work a couple of hours weekly (outside the exam period).
