Recruitment privacy policy

This privacy policy's purpose is to explain how and why we collect your personal data and what we use it for.

By applying for a job opening, You agree to the terms of this privacy policy. This policy explains what information we collect and why we collect it; how we use that information; and how to access and update that information.

Type of information we collect

This policy covers information you share with us and information which we may acquire during the recruitment process:

  • your name, title, address, and contact details, including email address, Skype username, phone number, and hyperlinks to social networks;
  • your resume or CV;
  • details of your qualifications, educational background, work experience, and employment history;
  • samples of your work, e.g., portfolio, drawings, designs, texts, documents, or code;
  • other data you fill out in your job application, such as in the cover letter;
  • results of tests or exercises you undertake during an interview;
  • information about your current and required level of remuneration;
  • information about your entitlement to work in Czechia.

Managry collects this information in various ways, for example, from the job application form, your resume or CV, or through interviews or assessments.

If we need to seek information from a third party, we will inform you in advance.

We store your information in multiple places, including our applicant tracking system, HR document system, and other IT systems, including emails.

How we use the collected data

The collected data will be used solely for the recruitment process. This process may include:

  • Assessing your qualifications, skills, experience, and interests against our job opportunities.
  • Verification of the entered data, including reference checks and possibly a background check.
  • Communication concerning the process and possibly informing you about other potential job opportunities if appropriate;
  • Making improvements in our recruitment process and procedures.
  • Fulfilling legal regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.

You may ask for the correction and update of your data, deny your previous consent for the processing of your data, or deletion of your data.

If you accept employment at Managry, the information collected during the recruitment process becomes part of your employment record.

Who has access to the data?

Access to your records is limited to Managry employees taking part in the selection and recruitment process. If we need to share your information with third parties, for example, to obtain references for you from previous employers, we discuss that with you in advance.

Your data will be saved for six months after the selection for the open position to which you have applied. If you agree to allow Managry to keep your data on file, we will keep them for twelve months to inform you about appropriate new job opportunities.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Recruitment Privacy Policy on this page and editing the “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy.

Changes to this Recruitment Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
