Can I cancel or change admins?

Administrators can add or remove people and other admins, but not themselves.

There always has to be at least one admin in the app, and there can be multiple admins at once.

Can one person be in multiple teams at once?

Yes, every person can be in multiple teams at once with various roles.

For example, they can be a supervisor of one team but at the same time a member of a different team.

One person can be a supervisor for multiple teams.

Do I have to have separate admins for everything?

Every admin has access to the entire system and can fill all admin roles.

How do I block a certain user?

You cannot delete users because of labor law issues, but locked accounts will become hidden.

Admins can lock a specific user and unlock them if needed. It's impossible to login into a locked account.

You can set this in the People directory on the user's profile page.

How do I divide people into teams?

Every team has a supervisor and a deputy supervisor who can add or remove people from their teams as desired.

Every user can belong to one or more teams or be separate.

How do I transfer people from one team to another?

The supervisor can go to the profile page of the person and add them to their team with one click.

If you need to transfer a person from one team to another, remove them from their current team and add them to a new one.

Administrators can create new teams as needed.

Is the admin a separate person I have to hire?

No, the admin is a role in the Managry software. Any employee can take this role.

Multiple people at once can fill the admin role.

It is recommended to leave this role to HR employees or management because admins have full access to the system and can see personal information.

Is there a limit to how many teams there can be?

There's no limit. You can create as many teams as you need.

What if I want to prevent certain people from accessing certain features?

Admins can set who has access to what features. Access can be allowed or denied for separate people, teams, or the whole system.

Go to the People directory, find the desired person or team, and simply override the settings.

What power does the admin have?

You can have a separate admin for every Managry app.

The administrator has access to all settings in the app but cannot make purchases. Purchases can be made only by the Managry.com account.

Admins can add or remove users, create or delete teams, and change company-wide settings, policies, and preferences.

What's the limit of people in teams?

There's no limit to how many people can be in a team.

Every user can be in multiple teams at once.

Teams are controlled by the supervisor and deputy supervisor, who can add or remove people from their teams.

Where can I find admin settings?

Administrators can find an Administration section in the menu.
